Blue for Baby Boy.

hello everybody!!!

moving really busy these days. my sister is getting married this month and my house is a mess. their are guests over every night, my mom has packed my crafty treasure so my room looks neat. I am really sad about it. not being able to make anything new! looking at all the colors around I feel so inspired and energetic to make something amazing but sadly cant for sometime. 

anyway here is a card I made some time back!!

the little clothes are hand drawn and cut, ribbons from my stash.. added a piece of scrap over the ribbon.. patterned paper with cardstock.. hand written sentiment. the edges are round cut by hand so um I am sorry if they lack neatness lol. thread running on right of the card, small square mirrors and pearls glued! 

And yes Blue for the BABY BOY. :)

Planning Eid Smiles.

To start my post with, here is the new logo for Wetees.

the new logo defines whispering emo-tee's in a better way! it has the colors which I use to express my work from! I hope everyone likes it, do leave a feedback on it. feels like Wetees is evolving in a better way. Wohoo!

The sacred month of Ramadan is here when Muslims all over the world fast. Eid is on its way which is the gift to all the Muslims who show patience and practice what they are ordered by Allah. Eid is the most joyfully  celebrated occasion in Pakistan and I am planning to spread more smiles by putting up sales, Eid goodies for people to buy and give their loved ones! Colors make the world beautiful and I think it would be very charming to be a part of your happiness and share your feelings our way. Would soon be sharing some Eid works!!! Happy Ramadan. 

The Beginning...

I love art in every form. When we look around we can take inspiration from a lot of things. Imagine a world with out colors, or a house with a bad paint, or a flower which smells bad. Just like all of this wouldn't be easy to understand we can conclude that life without art is not beautiful, is incomplete. Art makes the world beautiful. Colors always inspired me and I feel a smile stretch across my face every time I think of colors. A lot of crafters, people, nature inspired me to start Whispering Emo-tee's.

Whispering-Emo-tee's started with a concept of expressing feelings through my piece of art. Those feelings that can't be expressed in words would be expressed with my work. My aim was to do that. Wetees (Whispering Emo-tee's) started on 8th of September 2011. two months more to go and my brand will turn 1. Wetees initially started with selling handmade cards. On receiving a good feedback I extended my work to tags, scrapbooks, collage frames, baskets, guest books! Because of all the support I gained from people who are close to me, I was motivated to work more and more and then I thought of designing invitation or business cards for people and different occasions.

It's not been an year and Wetees have a wide range of things it works in. Wetees have become my identity and I dream big for it. I would like to thank everybody who have supported me, who have their believe in me. I want to thank all my clients for co-operating with me, trusting me with choices, and always loving what I made with a lot of hard work. Thank you everybody.
